WHAT TEACHERS SAY ABOUT ARTANSWER:

My students were able to actually see real-life examples and identify lines in our classroom after viewing “Move It with Line”. They loved being able to create the sculpture using line. But the best result was that the students were pleased with their own results.” – Linda A., 3rd Grade teacher, Bitterroot School, Billings, MT

“Being a home-school mom of five students, I find art to be intimidating. ArtAnswer is a user-friendly solution to provide quality instruction for me and an inspiration for my children to be creative.” – Lynda M, Home School teacher, Anchorage, AK

“ArtAnswer provides great ideas for integration into the curriculum. I love having the objectives, time, introduction, process, materials and assessment tools all laid out. What a time saver for the teacher!” – Pam P, 3rd Grade teacher, Flora Vista Elementary, Encinitas, CA

“ArtAnswer’s programs are very helpful to a classroom teacher who appreciates art, but is not artistic! The manual has a user-friendly format. There are so many great art lessons and extensions. Plus, the lessons are easy to integrate into other curriculum I teach.” – Pam F., Reading Specialist and 2nd Grade teacher, Andalucia Elementary, Phoenix, AZ

“I pilot-tested the “Move It With Line” video and manual in my classroom of third graders. They absolutely loved it – and more importantly – LEARNED from it. These students begged me to do the video over and over.

The lessons and activities were easy to manage and good behavior was always evident – a wonderful by-product of the program.” - Barb J., 3rd Grade teacher, Newman School, Billings, MT

“While completing the “Mix-It with Color” video, the students reacted as if each secondary color they were mixing was magically produced. They were ecstatic about color. A docent from the local art museum visited several weeks later and was extremely impressed with the knowledge the students exhibited about color. She had never worked with another class that understood color so well!” – Linda B., 4th Grade teacher, Broadwater, Billings, MT

“Teachers in my school are always borrowing the ArtAnswer videos from me. They feel that they don’t have to be an expert in art to ‘teach’ an art class to their students. The lessons and videos take the stress out of teaching art for all of us!” – Kelly S., 5th Grade teacher,  Millard School, Omaha, NE

“The sequential design and lesson timing are prime examples that experienced, master teachers designed ArtAnswer. The lessons are tailored to the attention span of young students and grouped so they really learn and retain the information they’re given.” – Linda B., 4th Grade teacher, Sandstone School, Billings, MT

"Our school has been using the ArtAnswer video series with the extended resource room students. What an excellent program! The time and professionalism that has been invested into this project is obvious in the polished and user-friendly final product. It is difficult to decide which aspect of the series is the most beneficial. Is it the relaxed pace of the video along with meticulous attention to detail that keeps the students engaged? Or the ingenious way the lessons tied to naturally occurring art features in the community? Each lesson reinforces the point that we are surrounded by line, shape, color, value, space, form and texture. Even the choice of background music reflects the desired mood of the lesson. The creators of ArtAnswer obviously have an abundance of experience in presenting to elementary aged school children as is apparent in the warm reception they have received in our Art class. Most importantly, the product the students are able to accomplish after a video lesson is far better than anything expected. They are delighted with their works of art and are able to discuss them articulately. What more can an educator ask for in an art series?"Joyce S., Interpreter for the Deaf, Billings, MT
